Moving boxes

Post by ToshaChristty on Wed Dec 30, 2009 3:48 pm

Hi everyone. I know I haven't been on for a long time. Things have been crazy for us these last months. The shop Dh worked for has really been struggling. They laid him off four days before Christmas and we've made the decision to move back to Idaho. That said, does anyone have any moving boxes I could have or know where a good place to pick some up would be? Thanks!

Oh, I'm so sorry! That must have been a difficult to decision to make at a very difficult time.

I don't have any moving boxes, but DH and I have moved lots. We used to go to all the different recycle bins in the valley (all over, but the one at the end of the parking lot of the North Logan Walmart had the greatest turn over) and take all the folded down boxes from there. Also, new students will be arriving this week at all the dorms on campus and surrounding apartments. There should be lots of boxes available near the trash bins outside there.

I have a garage full of nice sturdy boxes! They are yours. So sorry you have to move away. but I know how it goes we did that 2 summers ago. let me know if you need a babysitter for a couple hours to pack or clean.

Thanks everyone!

That would be awesome if I could have some of your boxes! Just let me know when I could pick them up and where you live. I'll send you my phone number in a PM or you can just PM me back.
